Day 6- slowing down

Today’s assignment is pretty simple…

ASSIGNMENT:

Lie on your back with your arms and legs spread apart slightly. In yoga we call the savasana. (My favorite pose!) Close your eyes and notice where you hold tension. Breath slowly and count in your head from 50 to 1. Synchronize your breathing with your counting. For instance, on the inhale count 39 and then exhale. The next inhale count 38…

Remember to let the breath lead the count and not the other way around. DO NOT RUSH! When you get to one melt deeper into the earth and say to yourself, “I welcome the unknown into my life. I joyfully trust in myself. At this moment in time everything is as it should be.”
