Part of living a joyful life is allowing the past to be the past and living in the present moment. To do that we need to forgive not only other people, but more importantly, ourselves. If you haven’t noticed yet, I love self help and self awareness “stuff.” I have to keep reminding myself that I don’t have to fix myself. I can relax without moralizing or being harsh with myself when I don’t live up to my own standards. Today, I remind you of that as well.
Repeat this phrase through out the day to yourself: “I accept all of who I am, who I was, and who I am becoming.”
