In a few short weeks we will head on vacation to Idaho and Montana, the great outdoors!

I am looking forward to geting back to nature, with its pure beauty and lessons on impermanence. What will Grace think of shooting stars, leaves floating on a bubbling brook, morning dew and summer lightening storms? All of which come and go in the blink of an eye!

ASSIGNMENT:

Lick your index finger and stroke it across your forehead. Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths. Notice how the moisture feels as it is absorbed by the air. The saliva is evaporating into thin air right before your eyes (or between your eyes!) You are experiencing something elemental, something that is totally out of your controle. Enjoy the sensation.
