Drink water when I wake

This Simplicity Parenting project talks a lot about eliminating clutter. Well drinking water is another way to eliminate more consciously. And I’m not just talking about peeing. (Sorry, TMI first thing in the morning😄)
Encouraging this simple habit will encourage me (and you?) to start my day with purpose, mentally and physically. The idea is to not do anything else while drinking the water. It’s just as much about mindfulness as it is about water.
