Day 2 of 12 days of resolutions

Examine my commitments. A big part of my struggle with overwhelm is that my life is actually way too full. I can’t possibly do everything I have committed to doing, and I certainly can’t enjoy it if I’m trying to do everything. I resolve to accept that I can’t do everything, acknowledge that I want to do what’s important to me, and try to eliminate the commitments that aren’t as important.
